Who is Imagine Coaching Academy?
Imagine Coaching Academy is me, Marcel Sanchez. It means that this enterprise has been entrusted to me as a steward—a manager of God’s resources. Stewardship is a specific measure of responsibility. Whatever abilities, talents, or skills we may have is given to us by God—to protect, grow, and manage in a way that honors His Son, Jesus Christ, and serves people better than they ever imagined possible. Why do you want to get better faster?
The source of your motivation is important. Often you hear people say things like, “I need to make more money,” “My age is catching up to me fast,” “I’ve got to keep up with my friends,” or “I’m not happy with where I am in life,” or some other reason. I would like for you to consider a very different motivation.

About Marcel Sanchez
Here's my bio, written in 3rd person - Although I have to do this, I prefer writing about others and broadcasting their accomplishments. I'll try keep it short. Here we go...
Sales Training and Coaching
Marcel Sanchez, the founder of Imagine Coaching Academy, started his sales management and coaching career at UPS. From managing small businesses to large corporations, Marcel learned the value of searching for “win-win agreements” through consultative selling.
Towards the latter part of his career, Marcel was directly involved with coaching sales executives, creating customized sales training, and creating repeatable sales templates for his teams. Since Miami is such a unique place, Marcel helped his teams contextualize corporate sales training initiatives to better serve their clients.
Business Consulting and Corporate Training Programs
After leaving UPS in 2005—the best transportation company in the world (in his humble opinion)— Marcel started his training business, Motivational Speaking and Training Solutions, Inc. Most of the work involved a consultative people development approach to training. Marcel served many companies by helping them create, deliver, and implement effective training to increase organizational synergy and overall effectiveness.
Executive Business Coaching
As businesses experienced constant changes, both in the economy and with their people, Marcel was asked to consult and coach executive leaders to help them gain greater confidence and serve their people more intentionally. What Marcel enjoyed the most about this was spending extended amounts of time investing in others and awakening the best within them to come forward and take action.
Designing Learning Management Software
Marcel founded Imagine Mobile Learning (www.ImagineMobileLearning.com) to help businesses connect, train, and grow their people in the Cloud. Marcel discovered a growing trend with small and medium-sized businesses.
Larger companies were buying software to train their employees, communicate faster with their employees, and manage the employee development process. Those of smaller ranks did not, therefore, Marcel decided to provide an affordable learning management software to help solve this business challenge.

Marcel founded Imagine Mobile Church (www.ImagineMobileChurch.com) to help churches connect their people, train more leaders, and synchronize ministry operations in the Cloud. By creating an all-in-one church software program, churches can manage ministry operations from the Cloud not exclusively from the church office.
Marcel helped churches take administration, communication, and training to the Cloud. Now church leaders and staff can send out emails and text messages to teams and groups from the convenience of their mobile phone.
Faith, Family, and Education
Marcel Sanchez became a Christian at the age of twelve. Marcel has been enthusiastically married to his wife, Yami, for over 30 years and has two adult children, Luke and Savanah, along with a mischievous dog named Smokey.
Marcel is a Certified Professional Coach and accredited through the International Coaching Federation, ICF. He graduated with a B. A. in Human Resources Management from Trinity International University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Marcel has completed many theological certifications, courses, and intensives.
Marcel is a licensed and ordained Pastor. He serves as Executive Pastor at Global Church (www.GlobalChurch.me), a bilingual church in Miami, Florida. He enjoys spending time with family, writing, building courses, training leaders, and helping people follow Jesus.
